Public Offer (Donation Terms)

1. The project provides assistance to people living in areas close to the combat zone, including Kherson, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.
2. The foundation supplies food and essential goods to elderly people, persons with disabilities, families with children and other vulnerable groups.
3. The project operates for the duration of martial law in Ukraine and may be extended or terminated by decision of the foundation’s management.
4. The foundation reserves the right to reallocate donated funds to other charitable projects within Ukraine if more urgent humanitarian needs arise.
5. Upon completion of the project or if further implementation becomes impossible, unused funds may be redirected to other charitable projects of the foundation.
6. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
7. The project has no fixed fundraising target. All funds are used as they are received in accordance with the purposes described above.
